  • Anthony K. Giandomenico
    CEO & CTO

    Anthony K. Giandomenico is the Founder and CEO of Secure DNA. He is involved with all aspects of business operations at Secure DNA and is charge of strategic direction setting and innovation. He has significant experience in intrusion detection and firewall technologies, incident response procedures, security assessments and integrating various technologies. Mr. Giandomenico founded Secure DNA in 2002 and through quality delivery and partnerships quickly grew Secure DNA. Under his leadership, Secure DNA was recognized as the 2nd fastest growing company in Hawaii. He has served as a media consultant to various media outlets in the area of information security and has been recognized as a leader in Hawaii’s business community, receiving numerous awards including recognition as one of Hawaii’s Top 40 business people under the age of 40 in 2007. During his eighteen year career in network security consulting, he has held positions as an engineer for ABC Television networking group, Manager for PaineWebber-UBS Network Operations Center and as a security-consultant for a variety of Honolulu, Hawaii based companies. Mr. Giandomenico has held various industry certifications including; GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Checkpoint Security Engineer (CCSE), and Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP). He holds leadership roles in various security associations including the Information Systems Security Association, Hawaii Chapter and is one of the founders of the ShakaCon security conference. Mr. Giandomenico was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Prior to beginning his career in IT security he served the United States of America for six years with both honor and distinction as an elite member of the United States Marine Corps and served in Iraq as a communications expert during Gulf War I.

  • Jason L. Martin
    President & Director

    Jason L. Martin is a Director within the Secure DNA Consulting practice. He has over ten years of experience in Information Technology (IT) security, IT Audit, IT control assessment and reengineering, and business continuity planning. He has specialized experience in application penetration testing, network security design, and re-engineering enterprise security programs and has designed and managed several high-availability distributed networks. Mr. Martin has extensive experience in IT General Control (ITGC) Audit having serviced co-sourced and sole sourced Internal audit clients and supervising the delivery of year one, two, three, four, and five SOX 404 ITGC attestation work for public companies in Hawaii and the US Mainland. He has managed and delivered more than 20,000 hours of SOX 404 IT related work and sat in leadership and advisory positions in Information Governance and Security Roles at several large companies. Prior to joining Secure DNA Consulting, Mr. Martin led KPMG´s Information Risk Management Group in Hawaii and was part of the leadership team for KPMG´s national Information Security Services group. Prior to joining KPMG he provided system design, security, optimization, and management services for a variety of healthcare clients.

    Jason was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii where he received his Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Hawaii. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). He is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, and of Hawaii´s chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) where he serves as the Membership Director and is the past Vice President. He is one of the founders and coordinators of Shakacon, Hawaii´s largest information security conference.

  • Ernest T. Shiraki, Jr.
    COO & Director

    Ernie Shiraki, Jr. is a Director within the Secure DNA Consulting practice. He has over eight years of experience in Information Technology (IT) Audit, IT control assessment and reengineering and business continuity planning. He is proficient in performing audits of internal controls, system reviews, business process analysis, business impact analysis, SAS 70, SysTrust and financial and compliance audit services. Mr. Shiraki also possesses a strong understanding of the financial, educational, entertainment, insurance and healthcare industries and is certified as an Information Systems Auditor by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. Ernie was born and raised in Honolulu however he began his career in Los Angeles where he joined KPMG’s Information Risk Management practice after graduating from Loyola Marymount University. Ernie has a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Information Technology. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) as certified by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and sits on the board of the local ISACA Hawaii chapter.
