Helix Managed NAC
Secure DNA, Inc. provides managed and monitoring security services for the NAC Appliance:
- Co-Managed NAC Appliance (Management and Monitoring)
- Provides 24x7 coverage with same day response time for initial customer contact
- Support with modification of configurations (Change Request)
- Requests handled via Email or Telephone from approved customer contacts
- Monitoring of predefined alerts from NAC Appliance Manager

- User Alerts (Access Issues)
- System Alerts (CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Load Averages, etc)
- Unlimited support inquiries per month (not including remediation)
- NAC Appliance Configuration Backup
- NAC Appliance configuration backups rotated weekly are maintained to enable rapid recovery in the event of a system disaster
- Configuration data is securely stored in secured SOC
Upgrades to System
- Apply firmware updates
- Performed as needed required for enhanced operations or to fix security vulnerabilities
- Reporting
- Monthly Report - All clients receive a monthly summary report providing, but not limited to the following information:

- Trouble Ticket Summary
- Change Request Summary
- Report of Events Identified
- Response Time Report
- Summary of Actions Completed
- Recommended Actions for the coming month
- Copy of Configurations (upon request)
- Signoff of Activities

NAC Appliance Emergency Response and Troubleshooting
Provide 24x7 emergency responses. If Cisco NAC Appliance is detected to be unavailable/down due to hardware failure or the Clean Access process has failed Secure DNA engineers will respond to determine the source of the problem and provide customer notification with description and recommended resolution and if authorized will take action to resolve.
